Is it safe?
Yes. Dibsly never asks for your bank password and can’t move money. Your records stay on your iPhone and in your own encrypted backups; they go to Dibsly’s server only with sync (Premium), and to the AI only what a feature needs, and only with your permission.
How much is it?
The basics are free. Premium is $2.99 a month or $29.99 a year.
Which banks?
monobank directly, PrivatBank, UKRSIBBANK, KredoBank and monobank statements (FOP too) and Apple Pay from any card, all free. Any other bank’s statement is read by the AI: 3 in all free, up to 25 a month with Premium.
What does the AI see?
Only with your permission, and only through Dibsly’s server to OpenAI. The chat: your question and the figures the answer needs. Categories in one tap: merchant names and your category names, no amounts. A receipt: its photo. Voice: a phrase your phone could not read, with your account and category names. A bank push: its text, without full card and phone numbers. Another bank’s statement: the whole file with its header — your name, address, tax number and full account numbers if the bank prints them. The files of monobank, PrivatBank, UKRSIBBANK and KredoBank statements never reach the AI.
Do I need to sign up?
It’s optional. But with an account you can keep your money on the website too, sync it between devices, ask ChatGPT or Claude about it and share accounts.
Android?
Not yet: iPhone, and my.dibslyapp.com in any browser (with Premium). iPad and Mac are next, then Android.
How do I cancel Premium?
iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Dibsly, at least 24 hours before the paid period ends. Apple handles payments and refunds. When Premium ends nothing is deleted: your data stays; sync, the website and the assistants stop, and the limits go back to Free.
A new iPhone: how do I move my data?
Install Dibsly, tap “Restore your data” on its first screen and choose your newest backup, or sign in to your Dibsly account (sync comes with Premium).
How do I delete my data or my account?
Without an account: Settings → Data health → “Delete all data” erases the data on this iPhone (an encrypted safety copy stays in the app until you delete the app). With an account: Profile (the circle next to the gear) → “Delete account and all data”, then sign in again to confirm — the server erases the account and your records, and the data disappears from your devices too; what you added to a shared account stays with its other members. “Remove from this iPhone” only erases this phone and keeps the account. Backups in iCloud Drive or Google Drive don’t go by themselves — delete them in “Backup & recovery”. Deleting doesn’t cancel Premium: cancel it in iOS Settings. What remains after deletion is in the privacy policy.
